Most of products have Free Shipping. Products having Free Shipping are identified as such with the Free Shipping notation in the product description. Free shipping is only applicable for deliveries within India. For the items that have a shipping charge, it varies with the weight and type of product. The shipping charge of a product if any is displayed during the check out process.

Smartfamilyonline.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been levied via credit card. In the event the payment has been processed by smartfamilyonline.com the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email.

In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Smartfamilyonline.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user.

Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by smartfamilyonline.com for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

In the case of an yearly subscription of magazine, allow 4-6 weeks after the payment for start of subscription. Dispatch of magazines is done between 1st & 5th of every month. If you have not received the magazine till 20th of the month, please contact the customer care no. of smartfamilyonline.com given in the site to check the dispatch status.

Smartfamilyonline.com shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of smartfamilyonline.com

The User agrees to use the services provided by smartfamilyonline.com, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only.

The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. Smartfamilyonline.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time.
